Molesto artisan microbrewery

MOLESTO is a microbrewery from the Marche region active since 2020 which is characterized by its very small productions and its very deep roster of beers. It grows its own barley in a completely natural way, just a few steps from the laboratory.

The project includes, in addition to the more classic and beaten styles, the production of various sour beers, refinements and maturations in wooden barrels, spontaneous fermentations. The small batches allow you to experiment and improve continuously as well as allow you to pay the right attention to those details that make all the difference in the world, together with the categorical refusal of any compromise to the detriment of quality.
MOLESTO considers the enhancement of the link with the territory, the Verdicchio area but also of excellent red grapes: the roster could not miss two very ambitious grape ales.
